Today is a
red letter day! Our camper came home
and we launch our blog of travel to Alaska!!! Because of load limits, we've as yet been unable to get "Lily" our truck camper out of her winter storage garage to begin the long process of packing for our 5 month journey. Our town chairman took pity on us, however, and granted special permission today, so long as we got it done by 6:00 a.m.!! It was the first time we had to set an alarm clock and get up early since retirement 28 days ago....and we didn't like it!!! It's exciting to have Lily home and makes the upcoming trip seem more
